British P07 Bayonet & Scabbard, (JAC 4 '10) Regt. Marked

WWI British Bayonet & Scabbard. Manufactured by, "J.A.C." & dated 4 '10. Very early bayonet which had the hooked quillion removed. Pommel with clearance hole is regimentally marked, "HQ & DF", "R A 442". Scabbard has the tear drop frog stud. Production figures for James A Chapman amounted to only 14,250 by the end of 1911!
