WWII Australian SMLE M 1944 Machette Bayonet & Scabbard. Also referred to as the Machette Bayonet Mk I approx. 3,400 of these were produced with most converted to the MkII version by changing the grips to a larger composition grip. This is a copy of a very scarce bayonet.
