Special Air Service Officers brass cap badge. This exceptionaly fine quality badge was probably worn in the 1950's and 1960's on the peaked cap. It is of two piece riveted construction with a silvered/gilt finish with burnished highlights. The nicest quality S.A.S. insignia that you will find. An interesting and rare badge.
