Established in April 1939 to recognize the important role German's played in the Spanish Civil War of 1936 to 1939. Bronze grade was awarded to members of the Legion Condor or for participation in specific Air or Naval engagements.
This fine quality example is die struck from brass in six separate pieces with the four eagles soldered to the swords.
