Imperial German 1898n/A bayonet by, SIMSON & Co. SUHL. 2nd Pattern 2 piece wood grips with flash guard. Dated 1905 & "Crown FA", (Saxony) on the back spine of the 20.5" blade. Regimentally marked "245.R.5.87." on the cross guard. Complete with steel mounted leather scabbard with ser# 25848 on the frog stud.

Condition: ORIGINAL, very good
